Professional Workflow for Uploading and Promoting Beats
FOCUS: Your primary task is to enter accurate data. The system automatically handles all advanced filtering on the Beats Page and ensures Responsive Design across all devices.
1. New Track Submission
Start by navigating to the product submission form using the direct link:
GO TO: ADD NEW PRODUCT1.1. Beat Information (BEAT INFO)
Accurately fill out these custom fields, as they power the storefront filters:

| Product Title & Content | Track name and description (standard WooCommerce fields). |
| PRIMARY / SECONDARY GENRE | Select the main Genre and Subgenre (e.g., Electronic / Amapiano). |
| BPM / KEY / SCALE | Enter exact Tempo, Musical Key (C, C#, etc.), and Scale (Minor/Major). |
| MOOD | Select the mood(s) that best describe the beat (e.g., Angry, Happy, Romantic). |
| VOCAL TRACK | Specify if it is "Instrumental Only" or "Contains Vocals". |
| SAMPLES / VOCAL GENDER | Technical details including Sample Type (Premium/Exclusive), Vocal status (No Vocals/Exclusive Vocals/AI Vocal), and Vocal Gender. |
1.2. Pricing & File Uploads (WooCommerce)

2. Homepage Promotion (Home Page)
The Home page uses 3 automatic or easily controlled promotional slots:
2.1. 🔵 Just dropped
- Function: Displays the most recently published tracks (New Releases).
- ACTION: NONE. This section is 100% automatic, managed by the product's publication date.
2.2. 🟡 Beats we love
- Function: Your most important and featured tracks (WooCommerce Featured Products).
- ACTION: Activate the Star ($\star$) in the product listing.
STEP: Go to PRODUCTS > ALL PRODUCTS. Click the empty star ($\star$) icon next to the track to activate the feature (it will turn solid/yellow).
2.3. 🔴 Price cuts
- Function: Tracks currently running a promotion or sale.
- ACTION: Set the Sale price during the product submission/edit process (Section 1.2).
- Activation: Automatic. The section pulls any product that has a sale price set.
3. Automated Filtering and Display
The detailed information provided in the **BEAT INFO** section (Genres, BPM, KEY, Mood, etc.) is automatically used to create and update all search filters on the main Beats Page. No manual filter setup is required.
