Marcus D is a hip hop producer and composer hailing from Washington State. After winning the Seattle Redbull Bigtune in 2009, he signed a record deal with Japanese label Media Factory and gained international acclaim through his Bop Alloy collaborations with Substantial and 2012 album, Melancholy Hopeful.
Marcus D now lives in Tokyo where he runs his own label and music library, Omega Music Library. With his signature sound and dedication to his craft, Marcus D continues to help define the jazzhop scene since 2009.
