Help with your purchase
If a file is missing, incorrect, corrupted or inaccessible, email admin@marcusdbeats.com or use our contact page. Include your order number, beat title, selected lease and a description of the problem. Do not send payment passwords or full card details.
Finding your files and agreement
After payment is confirmed, account customers can find audio files under My Downloads and the license agreement PDF inside their paid order under My Purchases. Guest customers can use the file and agreement links in their paid order email. Contact us if the email or purchase is missing.
Refund requests
Refund requests are assessed under the terms applicable to your purchase and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us with the purchase details so we can review your request.
Before purchasing
Listen to the preview and review the selected lease, included files, price and usage limits. Store tiers are non-exclusive; custom production and exclusive rights require a separate written agreement.
